Offering blazing fast retrieve speeds, the Lew’s HyperSpeed LFS Casting Reel is the fastest reel Lew’s has ever created. Featuring a 9.5:1 gear ratio, the Lew’s HyperSpeed LFS Casting Reel pulls in 40 inches of line per handle turn, which allows you to cover water quicker and more efficiently than ever. It also features a rugged one-piece aluminum frame and side plates that house a P2 Super Pinion bearing support gear system, which provides precise gear alignment, resulting in smoother operation and extended gear life. A premium 10 bearing system with stainless steel double shielded bearings and a Zero Reverse one-way clutch delivers buttery smooth reeling performance as well. 

Easy to adjust on the fly, the Lew’s HyperSpeed LFS Casting Reel is outfitted with an externally adjustable 6-pin, 27 position QuietCast Adjustable Centrifugal Braking system (ACB), which allows anglers to dial-in the braking system for different size lures or weather conditions to achieve unparalleled casting distances. To improve power, it is backed by a rugged carbon fiber drag system and bowed 95mm aluminum reel handle that dishes out 20lbs of drag and increased cranking power. Finished with a patented Speed Keeper hook keeper system, the Lew’s HyperSpeed LFS Casting Reel delivers performance that will allow you to blaze past the competition.
